Bubble Tea Barista

Our bubble tea shop operated under a diversified holding company that also manages multiple collision repair facilitites - is looking for a Barista to join our team! What You'll Do

Prepare bubble tea, specialty drinks, and light snacks according to recipes and quality standards. Greet customers, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, efficient service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, equipment, and dining area. Handle POS transactions, cash, and customer inquiries. Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.

Assist with inventory, stocking, and daily opening/closing tasks. Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude. Who We're Looking For: Customer oriented with a warm and welcoming personality. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of team.
