Residences Maintenance Supervisor

The Residences Maintenance Supervisor operates within the Rental Management Department and oversees and performs maintenance services for residential properties participating in the Horseshoe Bay Resort Rental Program. The position is primarily hands-on, with additional responsibility for daily maintenance coordination, preventive maintenance, property inspections, work-order management, vendor oversight, and operational reporting.

Working under the direction of the Rental Property Manager, the supervisor ensures rental properties are safe, functional, and consistently meet Resort standards for guest accommodations and owner satisfaction. The position operates independently of the Resort Engineering Department's reporting structure, coordinating with Engineering and other dept's as needed.
