Wellness Nurse/LPN - 8am-8pm Full-Time

The LPN is responsible for the well-being and nursing care of all residents assigned during his or her shift. He or she provides nursing services, helps carry out physician orders, assesses residents to note any changes in condition, responds to and reports resident changes in condition, distributes and charts medications, distributes/counts narcotics and maintains narcotic inventory record, and responds to emergencies.

In addition, the LPN provides direct supervision for the Caregivers and Medication Technicians on duty to ensure quality and safe delivery of resident care services. Starting Rate $33hr.
