In this role, you will help bring weddings, corporate gatherings, celebrations, and special events to life by delivering attentive, polished service and ensuring every detail meets our high standards.

Your Role

As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for: Preparing and arranging banquet spaces according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) Setting tables with linens, silverware, glassware, and other required service items Providing professional and attentive food and beverage service Welcoming guests and responding courteously to questions and requests Maintaining clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations throughout events Assisting with event breakdown and post-function cleanup Collaborating with the banquet team to ensure events are executed smoothly and efficiently Representing Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa with professionalism and a commitment to exceptional guest service What We’re Looking For Successful candidates will demonstrate: A friendly, professional, and positive approach to guest service Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong attention to detail The ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment Flexibility and a willingness to assist wherever needed A genuine interest in hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous banquet, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience is a plus Hospitality experience is not required.
