Position Overview

This role is ideal for a compassionate, service-oriented professional who values patient care over pushing products. Sales are important but take a backseat to providing top-notch diagnostics and counseling. As a solo provider, you’ll have the full support of a PCC, allowing you to focus on delivering the best care possible.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine diagnostics and hearing assessments. Provide personalized counseling and care for each patient. Dispense hearing aids and related products. Focus on service-driven solutions, not just sales.

Compensation

& Benefits: Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses. Realistic potential to hit 6 figures. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and PTO are included. Student Loan Repayment Program: Hit $500K in annual sales, and you’ll receive a substantial amount toward your student loans for each year you meet that benchmark.
