PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS Any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include a background check, drug screening, and a post-offer physical examination to determine the candidate’s ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position.
The examination may include a lift test and other job-related assessments where permitted by law. Employment is also contingent upon verification of identity and authorization to work in the United States in accordance with federal law. INTRODUCTORY PERIOD Positions covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement are subject to a 30-day introductory period, all others are subject to a 90-day introductory period.
During this time, both the employee and the Company evaluate job performance, attendance, safety practices, and overall fit with the organization.
