Job description
The Real Estate Administrator (Property Manager) will report to the Director/Deputy Director of Real Estate and TOD, or others as designated, and is responsible for conducting property management functions for the San Mateo County Transit District (Sam. Trans), the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board (Caltrain), and the San Mateo County Transportation Authority (TA), collectively known as Agency(ies).
