This position is based at our Wilkes-Barre, PA facility, where two operations are strategically housed under one roof to drive efficiency and collaboration.

We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks. As a Do it Best Group team member you can also expect: Earn up to $23.93/hr Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.40 - $22.00 per hour Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.

69 - $1.93 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus Regular weekday hours A drug-free work environment that focuses on everyone’s safety Generous paid time off available at 60 days Qualified candidates must be able to: Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs Assist in team lifts Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulder NOTE: amount of time worked at each task varies, as needed Preferred: 0-1 years of experience, preferably in Distribution, Warehouse, Supply Chain, or similar industry.

Work Environment: Generally, works in distribution warehouse environment and may be exposed to heat, cold and may work indoors and/or outdoors. May be exposed to chemicals that are routinely present in the Company’s warehouse facilities. The work is typically active and physical in nature and requires normal accessibility to all work sites required of the position.

The position may require extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Wears personal protective equipment such as safety shoes, safety vests/Hi-Viz clothing, as required. We’re currently adding to our growing team and seeking order fillers, shippers, receivers, forklift operators, and stockers.
