Aroma Coffee is looking for experienced, friendly, ambitious individuals with great people skills to join our team. Must have night and weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting customers, answering questions, entering orders Prepare drinks (grinding beans, brewing coffee/tea) Prepare food (sandwiches, soups, salads, baked goods) Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas Washing dishes and equipment Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality control Job Qualifications: Barista experience Exceptional customer service skills Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Regularly required to stand and walk. Regularly required to lift and/or move items up to 30 pounds. Regularly required to handle food and hot beverages.
