• The Bartender PT at LCB Senior Living is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring a pleasant and safe environment for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and resident preferences.
• Interact with residents and guests, taking orders and providing recommendations as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning countertops, and disposing of waste.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper storage and handling of beverages.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock needs.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area for events and special occasions.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless dining and social experience for residents and guests.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Required Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a bartender in a hospitality or senior living environment.
• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, guests, and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.
