Job Description We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is critical in delivering exceptional service, resolving customer needs efficiently, and supporting daily operations.

We are looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and highly dependable, with a strong commitment to attendance and consistency in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements

• Hours of 8:30 am -5:30 pm with rotating nights and weekends "On-Call" dispatch responsibility.
• Participate in periodic On-Call dispatch responsibilities as needed.
• Able to demonstrate outstanding customer service.
• Capable of handling a large volume of calls with composure
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
• Ability to fully understand what is being communicated by clarifying detailed questions.
• Attention to detail in data entry of work orders.
• Prior call center experience a plus.
• Ability to work closely with other dispatchers, CSR's, technicians and managers.
• Knowledge and understanding of scheduling and dispatching software.
• Promotes teamwork and displays a positive attitude.
• Ability to organize your daily priorities.
• Knowledge and understanding of scheduling and dispatch software a plus.
• Willing and capable of handling additional work, or projects, as assigned by the call center manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience (call center or service-based industry preferred)
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
• Ability to handle high call volumes and multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or scheduling systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
