As a Skilled Building Maintenance Professional, you will: Perform maintenance and repairs in light electrical and plumbing - such as changing filters, cleaning vents, replacing light bulbs and fixtures, replacing and/or repairing leaks, faucets, toilets, and sinks Completion of work orders Conduct regular safety inspections and preventative maintenance On-call every other week Opening: Full-Time- 7am-3:30pm, On-call every third week Qualifications: 3 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance.

Proven ability to work independently and lead tasks across departments.
