Registered Nurse - PCU

Employment Type: Full time Shift: 12 Hour Day Shift Description: Mercy Fitzgerald, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a RN to join our nursing team on our PCU! Employment Type: Full Time Shift: 0.9 FTE, 36 hours per week, 7a-730p, every other weekend. Job Description Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of patient care.

The professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the healthcare team Requirements: BSN or BS/BA degree in Nursing required. Current RN Pennsylvania State License required. Current BCLS required or obtained by completion of orientation. ACLS required or obtained by completion of orientation if Applicable to Area of Practice.

Previous ICU experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrates ability to use problem solving, critical thinking and priority setting skills. Ability to perform diversified duties with time limitations with a high degree of accuracy. Prior clinical experience preferred.
