Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist

Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist Location: Grove City, PA 16127 | Full-Time We are seeking a creative, organized, and highly versatile Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. This position will split time between approximately 40% marketing and 60% sales marketing/support , with a strong emphasis on hands-on graphic design, proposal development, presentations, and content creation .

The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who can take an idea, rough information, or existing materials and quickly turn them into polished, professional content for customers, sales teams, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Create professional graphics, marketing materials, sales collateral, brochures, digital content, and social media assets. Provide on-the-spot graphic design support for marketing, sales, and executive needs. Develop and enhance sales presentations, proposals, pitch decks, and executive presentations . Consolidate and organize existing presentations, graphics, documents, and marketing materials into current, professional, easy-to-use resources.

Work directly with sales and executive leadership to develop customized customer presentations and proposals. Create and edit video content for marketing, social media, sales presentations, and other digital channels. Support marketing initiatives including social media, email, website content, events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.

Maintain consistent company branding across all marketing and sales materials. Organize and maintain a library of current marketing assets, templates, photography, graphics, presentations, and videos. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while responding to changing priorities.

Qualifications

Experience in marketing, graphic design, communications, sales enablement, or a related field . Strong graphic design and visual communication skills. Experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations and sales/proposal materials . Experience with video editing and content creation . Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms .

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with sales, marketing, and executive leadership. Ability to take a general concept or loosely defined request and turn it into a polished finished product. Experience in a B2B, industrial, manufacturing, construction, or professional-services environment is a plus.
