Job Title: Salad Cook Job Description : A high-volume restaurant group located in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Salad Cook to prepare and present salads and other cold dishes according to established recipes and standards. Restaurant experience is a MUST for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and present salads and other cold dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock the salad station with all necessary supplies.
• Ensure that food is prepared and presented in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salad station and equipment.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Assist with additional kitchen tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Salad Cook in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of salad preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• High level of professionalism and teamwork.
• Restaurant industry experience is required.
