The Administrative Assistant of the Cultural Center provides support to the staff and instructors of the Wah. Zha. Zhe Cultural Center. The Administrative Assistant may be required to lead cultural presentations as needed.Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, and at least two years’ experience required; Associate’s Degree in related field preferred Moderate knowledge of Osage Culture and Traditions The ability to sit for extended lengths of time Must be able to stand, stoop, bend and squat as job requires Lifting is minimal but will be a component of the job requirements Requires a high level of personal integrity and ethics Requires a high level of problem solving skills Requires willingness and ability to learn new skills, including travel to conferences and training sessions Requires ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs. Microsoft Project preferred but not required Requires good interpersonal communication and team work skills Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record – may be required to drive GSA or tribal vehicles
