Technical Office Electrical Engineer

Dunesis pleased to announce an opening for the position ofTechnical Office Electrical Engineerto join our distinguished team inSheikh Zayed. We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated professional with3–5 years of proven experiencein technical office operations, preferably withinresidential construction projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing electrical shop drawings,bill of quantities (BOQs),material specifications, and all related technical documentation. The role also requires effectivecoordination with various project stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and site teams, to ensure project requirements are addressed promptly and accurately. Additionally, the selected engineer will provide ongoingtechnical support to site activities, ensuring compliance with project standards, timelines, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, review, and revise electrical shop drawings in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.

Prepare accurate BOQs, technical data sheets, and material submittals.

Coordinate and follow up with consultants, procurement teams, and site engineers to ensure the smooth execution of work.

Provide technical clarifications and support during project implementation.

Ensure adherence to codes, regulations, and quality standards throughout project phases.

Participate in resolving design discrepancies and addressing technical challenges on-site.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

3–5 years of experience in technical office work, preferably in residential projects.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and construction methodologies.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering software.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work within deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.
