SUMMARY Responsible for creating drawings that exhibit the detail for commercial Plumbing and HVAC system design. Plumbing experience or HVAC experience is required. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop detailed designs for plumbing systems and controls Provide details on plumbing system descriptions. Resolve design problems.

Review and analyze specifications. Compute dimensions of materials. Draft technical details. Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures. Draw in minute details of structures. Consult technical handbooks and tables while in drafting phase. Use Computer Aided Design and Drafting systems to prepare drawings. Create and store drawings electronically.

Prepare appropriate design revisions. Prepare drawings that detail plans and specifications.
