Ability Beyond Barriers is seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Loris area.

As a DSP, you'll help individuals live as independently as possible while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and positively impact lives every day. $500 Sign-On Bonus $250 after 45 days of employment $250 after 90 days of employment What You'll Do: ✅ Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care as needed ✅ Promote independence and community inclusion ✅ Monitor safety and provide overnight support ✅ Complete required documentation and reports ✅ Support individual goals and quality of life Schedule WEEK 1 Sunday: 8 am - 4 pm Monday: 1 pm - 10 pm Tuesday: 1 pm - 8 pm Wednesday: OFF Thursday: OFF Friday: 2 pm - 10 pm Saturday: 2 pm - 10 pm WEEK 2 Sunday: OFF Monday: 2 pm - 10 pm Tuesday: 2 pm - 10 pm Wednesday: 1 pm - 10 pm Thursday: 1 pm - 8 pm Friday: OFF Saturday: 8 am - 4 pm Why Join Ability Beyond Barriers?
