Job Title: Tender Executive Location: Noida Experience: 2+ Years’ Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Tender Executive to manage tendering processes, prepare bid documentation, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills with experience in handling tenders, contracts, and procurement-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate bids and contracts based on pricing, quality, and technical specifications Monitor tender submissions and ensure all documents are completed accurately within deadlines Prepare detailed reports, cost analyses, and tender-related documentation Coordinate with internal teams for tender preparation and submission processes Negotiate contracts and communicate with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders Maintain records of tender activities, contracts, and project documentation Review tender requirements and ensure compliance with company standards Support project coordination and procurement-related activities Track tender opportunities and maintain tender calendars and schedules Required Skills Proven experience in tender management, bid writing, procurement, or project coordination Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong knowledge of grammar, documentation, and proposal preparation Good analytical and organizational abilities Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate multiple tasks effectively Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with project management concepts and related tools/software will be an added advantage Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and documentation handling Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field 2+ years of experience in a tender-oriented environment preferred Experience in IT, Telecom, Government Tendering, or Procurement processes will be an added advantage
