Field Technical Support – Construction & Mechanical Systems

Position Purpose The Technical Support Specialist is accountable for delivering fast, accurate, and professional resolution of technical service issues for the commercial network and end users. Success in this role is measured by speed to resolution, customer satisfaction, quality of documentation, effective field execution, and proactive contributions to product, training, and service improvements.

The role also functions as a project manager for contracted installation crews, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
