• Sumner, WA, Salary Range: $30.00 - $35.00Hourly, Job Shift: Day, We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) to join our clinical team in Sumner, Washington. This position is ideal for a professional who is committed to providing high-quality, individualized care to individuals receiving treatment for substance use disorders. The SUDP will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support clients throughout the treatment and recovery process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group substance use disorder counseling
• Complete comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment recommendations as appropriate
• Facilitate therapeutic and educational groups
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
• Coordinate with clinical, medical, case management, and operations staff to support continuity of care
• Maintain documentation in accordance with organizational, state, and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrate professionalism, strong clinical judgment, and appropriate therapeutic boundaries Qualifications:
• Current Washington State Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) credential
• Experience providing substance use disorder treatment services
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment environment
