SimCorp Dimension Analyst

Job Description: Key Responsibilities Lead the support, maintenance, and optimization of the Sim. Corp Dimension (SCD) platform . Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and batch processing incidents. Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of production environments. Monitor system operations and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.

Provide advanced technical and functional support to business users and stakeholders. Manage user authorization and access controls in accordance with governance standards. Coordinate and escalate issues with internal teams and external vendors when required. Participate in application enhancements, configuration changes, and deployment activities.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and test data. Support system upgrades, patch implementations, and release management activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and system reliability. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Sim. Corp Dimension and mentor junior team members where applicable.

Required Experience Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with Sim. Corp Dimension. Proven experience supporting and maintaining enterprise-level Sim. Corp Dimension environments. Strong background in application support, incident management, and production operations. Experience working within investment management, asset management, banking, insurance, or financial services environments .
