Job Summary

We're looking for a reliable, outgoing Store Lead to manage our store and lead our team. You'll oversee daily operations, train employees, solve problems, and make sure every guest has a great experience. This is a hands-on management role where you lead by example.

What You'll Do

Manage daily store operations. Lead, train, and support your team. Create schedules and manage shift coverage. Work with HR on hiring, employee performance, and disciplinary matters. Provide great customer service and resolve concerns. Manage bookings, payments, and escape games. Keep game rooms clean, safe, and ready for guests.

Handle minor game repairs and equipment issues. Help with local events. Share store updates and needs with company leadership.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED. At least 3 years of customer service experience required. Leadership or management experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Able to stay organized and work well under pressure. Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Schedule & Benefits Full-Time: 32–40 hours per week. Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Paid time off and sick time off.
