• Wilson Care Wilson Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility in the Uptown Neighborhood of Chicago, Seeks a Full Time Food Services Supervisor. Hours will Vary; Weekend On Call Duties Required Responsibilities of the Food Services Supervisor: Ensure the use of standardized recipes in food preparation Establish dietary policies in conjunction with the Dietary Consultant and Registered Dietition Assessments and nutritional charting Supervise staff, including scheduling Order all food and kitchen supplies Supervise the receipt and storage of kitchen deliveries Oversee and control food and labor costs Maintain an organized, safe storage room IND9 Requirements of the Food Services Supervisor: CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) Certification required Knowledge of JCAHO, IDPH, OSHA, CDPH policies in relation to food service Food Services experience in a long-term care and/or healthcare facility serving vulnerable populations Experience as a supervisor required, preferably in food service Strong administrative, managerial and interpersonal skills Maintain confidentiality of residents’ information in compliance with HIPAA Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for adults with psychiatric disorders
