Program Director | Housing Stability & Supports

The Housing Support Services (HSS) Program Director provides day-to-day oversight and supervision of the Housing Support Services, including high quality case management services for families and single adults in recovery. This includes maintaining a small caseload of participants for whom the Program Director provides direct case management services. The Program Director is responsible for ensuring trauma-informed client-center programming, staff supervision and service delivery in accordance with funding requirements. The Program Director is also responsible for maintaining an environment among staff and participants that supports recovery and responding to crises Outside Of regularly scheduled work hours.
