Job description
The Adult Mental Health Case Manager plays a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and evaluating services for individuals, ensuring their health and safety to promote independent living. A MHRT-C or MHRT-C Provisional certification is necessary for this position.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
