As a Server at Lou Malnati's Pizzeria, you’ll make our customer’s meal memorable whether they’re celebrating a life milestone or craving the best pizza in town (maybe both). You’ll roll up your sleeves and help out wherever you can, whether the machines are down, or the salad needs a refill. We’re all working toward one goal: making sure our customers can’t wait to come back.
To be a great server at Lou’s, you have to love the rush, work through the downtime, and stay calm when things go wrong.
