RN / LPN � Assisted Living Walnut Hills | Greencroft Communities RN Pay: $35.80�$40.66/hour LPN Pay: $31.21�$35.45/hour Part-Time | Evening Shift | 8-Hour Shifts Make a Difference Through Nursing Walnut Hills, part of nonprofit Greencroft Communities, is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to join our Assisted Living team.

In this role, you�ll provide hands-on nursing care, support and supervise Nursing Assistants, monitor residents� health, and build meaningful relationships with the people you care for. What You�ll Do Provide and oversee quality nursing care. Supervise and support Nursing Assistants. Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition or needs.

Complete assessments, vital signs, weights, and other routine monitoring. Administer medications, treatments, and ordered diagnostic tests. Document care and communicate changes with physicians, families, and the care team. Process orders, admissions, discharges, and required documentation. Help maintain adequate medications and supplies.

Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment for residents. What We�re Looking For Current, active RN or LPN license in Ohio in good standing. Long-term care or experience working with older adults preferred. Strong assessment, observation, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to lead, supervise, and collaborate with Nursing Assistants and other team members.
