Payments Specialist

Overview

We are a global leader in online travel, and are looking for a payments professional to join our team. The role is for a 6-month period, with the possibility to extend As our Payments Specialist, you will play a key role in our daily payments operations. You will work in a team of 5 finance professionals and report to the Payments Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities

File daily statements of our payment service providers Reconcile incoming and outgoing payments in our accounting system Manage the payment requisitions for 3rd-party vendors Perform detailed checks and analyses on 3rd party vendor invoices Process 3rd party vendor invoices in internal booking systems and accounting system Assist with Live.

Strong analytical and problem solving skill set Great attention to detail, collaborative mind set Affinity with Accounting or Finance Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Fluent in English Work experience in Accounting or Finance is highly preferred Experience with e-commerce or travel & tourism is a plus Experience with Zendesk is a plus
