Product Manager, Capital Markets

Purpose of the Role AFS is the leading provider of commercial loan lifecycle management software for large U.S. banks, and the AFSVision platform runs the commercial lending operations of many of the largest institutions in the country. The Product Manager, Capital Markets owns the Capital Markets workflows within AFSVision end to end — syndications, loan trading, and participations — defining what gets built, why it matters to agent and member banks, and how it advances AFS’s strategic and commercial goals.

This role exists to close the gap between technical development and customer experience, translating market trends, client feedback, and regulatory change into a prioritized roadmap the organization can execute against.
