• Employee Relations (BASED AT MAHIYANGANAYA) The Activewear Value Stream delivers high-performance sportswear and athleisure solutions designed for technical functionality, durability and everyday versatility— serving sports, lifestyle and performance segments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze and monitor module wise carder requirements against the budgeted requirement, whilst taking necessary action to fulfill same in an effective and timely manner thereby facilitating a smooth operations process Updating Relevant ER reports, Books, Charts and SAP regarding Labor Turnover and Absenteeism and storing them and sending them to relevant parties by daily/weekly/Monthly or based on request of HODs.

Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Degree/ Diploma business management (HRM Advantageous) Good communication skills Interpersonal Skills IT Literacy
