Berger Infrastructure Intern

Pay: $17.50/hour Type: Full Time Internship Minimum Experience: Pursuing a college degree in Real Estate, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field. Role & Responsibilities As the Berger Infrastructure Intern your responsibilities will include: Assist the team in creating standardized SOW templates for common CAPEX projects and Renovations.

Collaborate with project managers and site teams to gather project status updates and ensure accurate data entry into the tracker. Conduct comprehensive quality reviews of trackers, completed work, projections, and estimates. Assist in organizing and updating project records, including budgets, timelines, and work completion.

Apply for permits required for ongoing capital improvement projects and ensure compliance with local regulations. Conduct site visits (if required) to verify project status and assist in quality control inspections. Prepare reports summarizing project progress, challenges, and key milestones. Support the Capital Improvements and Facilities teams in administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing and upcoming projects. Knowledge or willingness to learn about the permitting process for construction projects.
