Special Projects - Student Records Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent, associate's degree preferred. Bi-lingual-Spanish preferred Must possess excellent oral and written communications skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including ACCESS, spreadsheets, and databases. Ability to work, plan and organize with a minimum amount of direction.

DESCRIPTION: Responsible for maintaining student files. Prepares and sends correspondence to school districts for migrant students. Assists in organizing parent meetings. Assist with preparations for summer school programs. Assist supervisor with oversight at summer school program. Other duties as assigned by the Director.

REPORTS TO: Janette Perez � Director of Special Projects HOURS: Part-time position, 25 hours per week, some evenings LOCATION: GCSSSD
