Job Description Summary: The E-Commerce Warehouse Manager leads all DTC and marketplace fulfillment operations within a distribution environment. This role ensures SLA adherence, order accuracy, carrier optimization, and system integration between WMS, SAP, and shipping platforms. Job Description: Key Responsibilities Oversee DTC and marketplace fulfillment (UPS, USPS, Amazon Buy Shipping) Optimize pick vs pack productivity in automated and manual zones Ensure SLA compliance (same-day, next-day ship) Manage integration between SAP order types and WMS execution Ensure compliance with retailer and marketplace shipping standards Leverage automation systems (WES, Autostore) to increase throughput Monitor returns, and cost per order metrics Lead peak season and promotional surge planning Performance Metrics SLA compliance ≥ 99% Order accuracy ≥ 99.
