Warehouse Operative / Assistant (Seasonal Position)

Shaws Department Stores now have vacancies for Warehouse Operatives in our warehouse in Carlow for the seasonal period. Roles will commence with immediate effect to cover up until Christmas, Job Purpose: To support the efficient flow of stock through the warehouse by receiving, storing, picking & dispatching stock with accuracy and care, ensuring timely delivery to the companies retail outlets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer and store orders to meet daily dispatch targets
• Support smooth outbound logistics by preparing shipments for delivery
• Work with the team to maintain accurate inventory records
• Assist with keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail
