Job Description: We’re seeking a Technical Lead, known internally as a Staff Engineer , to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering modern retail technology solutions. This is a senior individual contributor role with high autonomy, ownership of technical strategy, and influence across our Stores portfolio.

You'll partner with stakeholders, influence technical direction, align teams around a shared vision, and ensure technology solutions support the evolving needs of our stores and customers. What you’ll do: Lead design and delivery of end‑to‑end applications (SQL/Data, APIs, services, UI) Own epics and act as Lead Engineer on medium–large initiatives Define technical strategy and architecture across multiple domains Drive Dev.

Sec.
