Area Growth Mgmt - South Sumatera

Job Purpose: To manage and drive sustainable revenue growth, market share expansion within the assigned area by designing and executing local growth initiatives, optimizing channel performance, and coordinating cross-functional activities to achieve Sales Objectives. Main Responsibilities: 1.Develop area growth initiatives by analyzing market opportunities, customer insights, competitive dynamics, and commercial performance to maximize revenue and market penetration.

2.Drive end-to-end sales performance by monitoring growth initiatives execution, ensuring achievement of sales, productivity, acquisition, and profitability targets across the assigned area 3.Optimize revenue achievement by monitoring business performance, identifying improvement opportunities, coordinating local campaigns, product launches, customer acquisition initiatives, and community engagement programs to accelerate business growth 4.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align commercial priorities, strengthen channel proposition in delivering sustainable business results
