Position Location This position is located in Dededo, Guam. Job Overview The Janitor provides custodial services for Field Office Spaces (FOS), latrine units, and port-a-johns. Duties include cleaning, pumping latrines as required, supplying cleaning products, trash removal, minor debris removal, and ensuring all cleaning supplies are safely stored and environmentally compliant, as required by the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Pay Rate: $20.23hr Responsibilities Essential Job Duties: Provide custodial services three times per week at each FOS and latrine. Sweep, vacuum, mop, and perform general cleaning of all interior areas. Remove trash, replace trash bags, and maintain trash receptacles. Perform minor debris removal associated with daily operations.

Pump latrines as required to ensure continuous operation. Clean and sanitize latrine units and port-a-john interiors and exteriors. Maintain washing stations and ensure accompanying supplies remain stocked. Provide required water for proper completion of custodial services when water is not available on site. Supply Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all cleaning supplies left onsite.

Ensure all cleaning supplies stored onsite are environmentally safe and stored only for in-use purposes, not long-term storage. Support additional custodial services beyond the scheduled three per week when requested by the Government. Respond promptly to unscheduled cleaning requests during surge periods. Perform all custodial work in compliance with Federal, GEPA, DoD, Service Branch, and local installation environmental and safety requirements.

Coordinate cleaning with COR/TPOC to prevent interference with ongoing MILCON or site operations. Ability to work overtime as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Mandatory: High school graduate or equivalent GED. At least one (1) year experience or similar commercial cleaning experience, i.e. sensitive areas, data cents.

Experience providing custodial services in industrial, administrative, or expeditionary facility environments. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, waste removal, and sanitation requirements for latrines and port-a-johns. Ability to safely store and manage cleaning supplies and SDS documentation. Familiarity with Federal, GEPA, and installation safety/environmental requirements.

Ability to follow directions from Project Manager and coordinate work around other site activities. Preferred: Possess the required security clearance.
