Every one of our 'ohana needs to feel aloha and genuinely extend aloha to all, be they guests or colleagues, strangers or friends. Responsible for successful (financial, customer satisfaction, policies and procedures) operation of all aspects of F&B operation to include food, beverage, amenities and room service (to-go desk).

Also, responsible to work collaboratively with Chef and kitchen team and hotel support staff, i.e., accounting, front office, human resources, sales, etc. to maximize food & beverage performance. Must also be prepared and available to assist with catering, banquet and events when necessary. Minimum Requirements 2-3 years resort/hotel food & beverage supervisory, management experience required.

Multi-unit F&B outlet experience a plus. Change Micros to Silverware (preferred). Come Work Here! While base pay starts at $73,000.00, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
