Future About this Role We are seeking a System Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, reusable, and high-performing technology solutions within the Telco IT landscape.

The role involves translating business requirements into robust technical architectures, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless implementation of APIs and cloud-based services using modern technologies such as TIBCO, Kafka, Java, and AWS. What you’ll do Translate business and functional telco requirements into end-to-end solution designs and oversee their implementation across multiple teams.

Define and maintain a technical solution design roadmap to enhance reusability and scalability. Design, develop, test, and maintain APIs using TIBCO BWCE, Kafka, and Java technologies. Develop API management solutions for cloud environments, including reusable API proxies and application migrations. Implement traffic management strategies such as load balancing and dynamic upstream routing.

Configure plugins, deployment modes, and access control mechanisms. Lead analytical discussions, perform system health checks, and resolve complex technical challenges. Define and configure data exchange interfaces between services and front-end applications. Present high-level and detailed technical designs to solution designers, testers, and DevOps teamsConduct defect analysis, manage incident resolution, and collaborate on production troubleshooting.

Review code and approve complex pull requests to ensure quality and reliability. Work continuously with product and engineering teams to break down features and track delivery Who you are Minimum 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Solution or System Architecture roles. Strong expertise in telco BSS applications and architecture frameworks.

Proficiency in TIBCO, Java-based applications, Apigee, Kafka, and AWS DevOps ecosystem. Prior experience as a back-end developer with knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Python, and databases (relational and NoSQL). Strong understanding of telecom frameworks such as eTOM, TMForum, SID, TAM, and business process orchestration.

Experience in system design, architecture, and leading cross-functional technical teams. Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodologies. Additional experience with tools such as Terraform, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Grafana, and security practices like SAST, DAST, and SCA is beneficial Not a perfect fit?
