Morning Shift Leader

This position is a morning shift, which will be 6 to 8 hours and will be during the hours of 4am - 3pm. The Shift Leader will be responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.

Pay: $16 - $17.5 per hour

Requirements

Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality; Meet safety and sanitation standards; Anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations; Works well in a team environment; Ability to lift 50 lbs; Basic knowledge of Food Safety, Serve Safe certification a plus; 1 yr. minimum working at Dunkin' Donuts required
