Service Technician

Description The Propane Service Technician is responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing propane systems and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. This role performs service calls, troubleshoots equipment issues, and provides excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair propane appliances and systems. Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete service calls efficiently. Perform leak checks, safety inspections, and system testing. Educate customers on safe propane use and equipment operation. Maintain accurate service records and follow all safety procedures.

Provide professional, dependable customer service.

Requirements

Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills plus... Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. Ability to work independently and safely in the field. Strong communication and customer service skills. Relevant propane certifications or experience preferred; willingness to complete required training.

Ability to safely lift up to 50lbs. Employment is contingent upon drug screen, background check and MVR check.
