Financial Wellness Coordinator The role of Coordinator is to provide leadership and program management to Brighton Center's Financial Wellness programs ensuring that effective service delivery is provided to meet the needs of the community while maintaining a focus on the agency mission and core values. Full Time, Exempt Job Responsibilities: Supervise and develop staff Provide mission and core value driven leadership Ensure program compliance Manage program budgets Assure that community relations and outreach is organized and maintained Empower individuals and families to achieve financial independence through education, coaching, and resource connections Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Achieve HUD Certification within 90 days of hire At least one year of supervisory experience Proficient in database applications and Microsoft programs.
