As a Memorial Installer with Sunburst Memorials, you’ll play an important role in helping us deliver on the promises we make to families. You’ll prepare sites, transport and install memorials throughout St.

Cloud and the surrounding area, and make sure each memorial is handled and installed with care. If you enjoy hands-on work, variety in your day, working independently, and building relationships along the way, this could be a great opportunity for you. And while memorial installation has a busy season, this is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities for overtime during the summer months.

What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll: Prepare and install memorials by planning daily routes, coordinating installation details, preparing foundations, and safely operating a company truck and crane. Keep everyone connected by coordinating with our sales team, cemetery sextons, customers, and other partners throughout the installation process.

Take care of the details by updating completed installations in our system and responding to calls and emails. Keep materials moving by maintaining precast inventory and assisting with unloading memorials from delivery trucks. Take care of your equipment by performing or coordinating preventative maintenance and required DOT inspections for the company vehicle.

Make sure the finished product is right by inspecting memorials and completing repairs as needed. Pitch in where needed by assisting with other projects during the winter and off-season. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company requirements DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one before your start date Strong organization and time-management skills A self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently Ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods Ability to read a level and tape measure Ability to safely operate or learn to operate a truck-mounted crane Even Better If You Have Previous memorial installation or setting experience Previous experience operating a truck-mounted crane Experience in construction, landscaping, delivery, or another hands-on environment Compensation You’ll earn a base wage of $21.

00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience, and will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Your day may include driving between installation sites, preparing foundations, working in cemeteries, operating equipment, handling memorials, and coordinating with customers and community partners. The work is physically active and requires regular lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods.
