• Trailer Manufacturing TMC Trailers is bringing 28 years of manufacturing experience to the trailer industry and we are looking for leaders. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Mig Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for welding multiple trailer sizes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication, mig welding, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Perform trailer assembly according to blueprints and work instructions. Build jigs, components, and other products as needed Troubleshoot and repair as needed. Ensure that trailers meet quality standards and specifications. Collaborate with team members to streamline assembly processes and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Top performers will have: Experience in production or fabrication welding. Understanding basic blueprints. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
