Business Office Coordinator

We have an opening for a Business Office Coordinator to manage the business office functions of Gastroenterology Associates Endoscopy Center. At Gastroenterology Associates Endoscopy Center , we believe health and care are inseparable. We are a fast-paced, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) providing Gastroenterology procedures in a high-quality, service oriented environment.

We are located in Olympia, WA.

What You Will Do

(Job Summary): The Business Office Coordinator (BOC) assists the Business Office Manager (BOM) and Administrator with the day-to-day operations of the business office. The BOC is also responsible for the day-to-day supervision of Registration and Medical Records. The BOC will be in charge of the business office in the absence of the BOM.

Starting pay range for this position is $25 -$36/hour depending on experience. Monday

• Friday daytime work hours. This is not a remote work position . This position will be in our office in Olympia, WA, and will cover multiple centers in the area. Travel to centers in the area will be expected.
