Hourly Supervisor

Mex 1 Coastal Cantina is looking for an experienced, dependable Hourly Supervisor who leads by example and knows how to create a great experience for both guests and crew. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll work alongside the team while supporting management with shift operations, service standards, training, and accountability.

What You’ll Do Help oversee shift flow, delegate tasks, and set the crew up for success Lead by example in guest service and team communication Support the onboarding and training of new team members Assist managers with opening and closing procedures, shift checklists, cleanliness, and organization Serve as a trusted point of contact for the crew during shifts Uphold Mex 1’s standards for FOOD, SERVICE & VIBE Help create a fun, positive, and welcoming environment What We’re Looking For Previous restaurant experience; 3 - 5+ yrs Leadership experience preferred A positive, approachable, and accountable leadership style Strong communication and problem-solving skills A team-first attitude and willingness to work alongside the crew Reliability, professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment A genuine commitment to hospitality and the guest experience Compensation $24–$26 per hour Full-time Opportunity for leadership development and future advancement Shift meals and employee dining discounts If you’re ready to take the next step in your hospitality career and make an impact with a growing local restaurant group, we’d love to meet you.
