Qualification and Competencies

Bachelor's Degree required in Human Services field. Master's Degree preferred.

Three (3) years' experience working in a human service-related field.

Supervisory experience is not required but preferred.

Ability to implement and manage change in a fast-paced growing business environment.

Critical thinking and sound judgment skills

Computer/office equipment usage

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Demonstrates organizational and communication skills which would enable effective interaction with agency staff, consumers/clients/families and the community.
General Description
Oversight of staff casework and residents in the Apartment Treatment Program. Facilitates the care and coordination of treatment and ensures quality of care is provided to residents in accordance with agency philosophy, policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee staff casework and resident services, ensuring care aligns with agency philosophy, policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Coordinate resident intake, admissions, placements, transfers, discharges, assessments, service plans, behavioral agreements, and treatment team meetings.

Ensure residents receive appropriate medical, psychiatric, medication-management, counseling, case-management, crisis, vocational, educational, social, and recreational supports.

Supervise program staff through hiring support, regular supervision, performance evaluations, training, staff meetings, scheduling, and apartment coverage.

Maintain accurate, timely, confidential, and compliant resident and program records, including Medicaid billing, audits, fiscal documentation, petty cash, and allowances.

Manage daily program operations, including apartment inspections and repairs, safety procedures, transportation, purchasing, supplies, lease matters, and coordination with internal and external partners.

Provide on-call response to medical, psychiatric, and program emergencies; communicate concerns to leadership and treatment teams; and perform other assigned duties.

Mondays-Fridays 9am-5pm

after-hours flexibility for emergencies
