JM Heavy Equipment Technician - Frac Service Field

The Journeyman Maintenance Technician will work on tractors, transport trailers, fracturing equipment, and sand hauling equipment in adherence to our processes, with a major focus on preventative maintenance. They see complex problems as a chance to grow their skills, and they understand how the dedication they bring to the job site opens up possibilities for the whole business.

Our equipment is state of the art, and purpose built and the programs that maintain it focus on preventative maintenance, and data driven, statistics-based sampling.
